Start of sales of the 2nd phase

British investment company Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development (DUPD) announces the start of sales in the 2nd phase of Green Hills cottage community.

 

Green Hills Cottage is located 10 km apart from Kiev in the Odessa direction in the area of 14 hectares and is being constructed in 4 phases. In the first phase of the town 90% of all sites are already sold.

 

"In 2015, we felt a sudden significant increase in demand for homes in Green Hills. This is mainly due to the further development of the town, in particular - construction of school on the territory, and partly due to some reduction in the cost of construction, says managing director of Dragon Capital, Volodymyr Tymochko. "In terms of sales, it was the best year for us since 2009. We are increasing the pace of construction in Green Hills, and are now pleased to announce the launch of sales in the second phase". 

 

The second stage is represented by 47 land plots ranging from 6 to 24 ares. The developer offers 15 projects of houses developed on the basis of popular American projects.

 

On 1 September 2015, a private Britannica School was opened on the territory of Green Hills. Children learn here from 1 to 9 grade.

 

Also, a private kindergarten, a grocery store with a summer terrace cafe, traditional American barbecue area, kid's playground, sports facilities and a beach volleyball court operate here for the residents.

 

The town is guarded round the clock and is serviced by its own service company.
