Green Hills development since 2009

Our cottage has been actively building for the past 7 years. 114 families have already bought plot in Green Hills, more than 80 houses are already built, 55 – inhabited, 28 are being built. We have our own extensive infrastructure, which includes secondary school, 2 kindergartens, sport and kids playgrounds, shop, BBQ-area and more.

According to Green Hills development plan, we continue active construction of social infrastructure. Entry group is almost completed and equipped with automatic access system and car number recognition. Also we have started construction of a modern fitness center total area of 1400 sq.m. with swimming pool and cafe, mini-cinema for the residents.
