The school is opened In Green Hills!

On September 1, in a new private Britannica School, which was opened in the cottage community Green Hills, the first Knowledge Day celebration took place.

 

The event was opened by solemn speech of Volodymyr Tymochko, managing director of Dragon Capital, manager of Green Hills gated community.

 

"To make our residents happier we have created the school directly in the town so that our residents would be able let their child go to school with calm heart and be assured of its safety. We became the first cottage community in Kiev Region, which opened a basic secondary school where children learn from 1st to 9th year", said Volodymyr Tymochko.

 

Britannica School is a private basic school, which is located outside the city in a unique building with a total area of ​​over 1,200 sq.m specially designed and constructed with the dream of perfect educational institution. The school is designed for 144 students of 1-9 years and 50 children of pre-school groups. 16-18 children will study in each class. Here, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm, children learn, relax, prepare homework, eat 5 times a day and live a full school life.

 

In addition to standard disciplinces, the school offers creative activities (music studio, art studio, theater studio, journalism, film and photo studio) and sporting activities (football, basketball, karate, dance, movies, yoga, chess).

 

"Why we are cooperating with Britannica School? Because we impressed its European approach to education of children: treat learning as a natural process of knowing the world, attention to the development of the child's personality, talents as well as physical and creative development that are often ignored by state general education institutions", says Volodymyr Tymochko.

 

Britannica School Director Alina Zaichenko welcomed the children and their parents of children on the holiday and invited students personally cut the red ribbon at the opening of school.
