Green Hills is the winner of the European Property Awards 2019-2020
Green Hills, a business class cottage community near Kiev, was named the winner of the European Property Awards 2019-2020 in the Best Residential Development Ukraine category. Experts in the European real estate market rated the design, construction quality, infrastructure and service of the town at 5 stars – having awarded Green Hills the highest European Property Awards!
The projects were evaluated by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, including top executives from the UK commercial and residential real estate companies, professional appraisers, architects, designers, industry journalists and even members of the House of Lords of the UK Parliament.

Green Hills is an american style private cottage community, located in the green area 10 km from Kiev in the direction of Odessa. The town's own infrastructure includes: Britannica School (1 to 12), 2 private kindergartens, a mini-market and cafe Deli & Cafeteria, a traditional American BBQ area, modern sports and playgrounds. The construction of a fitness center with a total area of about 2400 m2 with a spa area and an indoor 25-meter swimming pool and a separate children's pool is being completed.
