Riviera Villas and Green Hills help children in need!

The residents of cottage communities Riviera Villas and Green Hills conducted a charity initiative to help children in need by the New Year and Christmas holidays. Svyatoshin orphanage for children with special needs and Troeschina Social Rehabilitation Centre and orphanage were selected as targeted help recipients.

 

The fundraising was conducted in several formats: someone gave money to purchase goods according to the needs of these institutions; others brought clothes, tools for hygienic care, household and food products.

 

Organization of fundraising, purchase and delivery of charitable assistance was arranged by representatives of the cottage towns’ developer Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development (DUPD).

 

Together, we brought many gifts: before the New Year kids received almost 300 kg of various fruits. Later we spent the funds collected to purchase and send additional food, 40 sets of made-to-order bed linen, 60 pcs of new towels, hygiene products, medical supplies, stationery – everything for individual comfort of the children, as well as our modest contribution to the technical base of institutions: lamps for lighting the territory, printer cartridges and so on. List of the most necessary thing was agreed with the orphanages’ management.
